"I moved to Melbourne 2 and a half years ago and whilst a little home sick in July 2013 I saw the "first Tap class free" sign on Swan street and thought, yeah I'll give this place a go. The rest is history. Glamour Puss Studios is now a home away from home. When I was asked if I would like to teach in 2014, I really didn't think twice and accepted. I love being able to share my enthusiasm for all things silly, tricking oneself into exercise and tap dancing, of course! My favourite move has to be the next one I'll be doing, or anything involving defying the laws of gravity. My favourite thing about teaching is the 'light bulb' moment. That moment when all of a sudden something clicks, you can see it in someone's eyes, and a move that they found difficult not 30 seconds before is second nature. It gives me the warm and fuzzies. My favourite dance moment in pop culture has to be "Good Morning" from Singing in the Rain. It gives me the giddies just thinking about it. The absolute unadulterated joy on Gene Kelly, Debbie Reynolds and Donald O'Connor's faces is contagious. You can't help feel amazing after watching it. "
